SIBC Tall Tales Event

Note that this event replaces the normal Friday Dockside Bar this week.

Calling all SIBC members!  It’s time for our annual Tall Tales event.  Join us on Thursday, October 15th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the lookout tower near the docks at Delegal Creek Marina to hear some good ole tall tales (true or embellished).

Be entertained by fellow SIBC members as they recount some of their more harrowing, embarrassing, and/or hilarious boating experiences they have encountered during their time on the water.  This is a fun gathering not to be missed.  There have been some amazing stories shared in the past!

This will be a Potluck Event.  If you plan to attend, each household should bring ONE dish that serves 8 people as well as a serving utensil.  Your dish assignment is based on the first letter of your last name:

• A through F = TBD
• G through K = TBD
• L through P = TBD
• Q through U = TBD
• V through Z = TBD.

Sodas and water will be provided.  $2.00 cash donations for adult beverages.
