Thunderbolt Marine Tour & Dinner at Tubby’s

Take a unique behind-the-scenes tour of Thunderbolt Marine, a full service yacht repair and refit facility located on the Wilmington River just outside Savannah, GA. Marine staff will highlight the facility’s capabilities for high-quality maintenance and repair work on all sizes of boats and sailboats, including mega yachts.
SIBC will carpool from the Skidaway Island Methodist Church parking lot (54 Diamond Causeway) at 3:00 pm to arrive at Thunderbolt Marine for the tour at 4:00 pm. Following the tour (at approximately 5:30 pm), we plan on having dinner at Tubby’s Tank House. We should be back on Skidaway Island around 8:00 pm.

We need to know how many people are attending so we can alert the Thunderbolt Marine Staff on the size of the tour as well as make reservations at Tubby’s. If you RSVP for dinner, you will be contacted by our social committee with the dinner menu selections and how to pay the associated cost. Hope to see you there!
