SIBC had a Great Celebration at the Year-End-Bash on November 14th at the Sunset Pavilion at the Delegal Marina. The dinner was catered by B Catering and the food was great and plentiful. We were treated to a great pasta salad, fried shrimp, BBQ chicken and herbed Mahi Mahi. Let’s not forget the deserts: a chocolate tort cake, Tiramisu log cake, cheese cake and Pumpkin cheese cake. We had a host bar that served a variety of great wine and rum drinks while they lasted. The music provided was great background music during dinner and after dinner we danced to our hearts content to “OUR KIND OF MUSIC” ….Oldies but Goodies.
In addition we also were able to conduct a little SIBC business and voted to accept the new SIBC Bylaws.
